When can I receive my order?
Allow 3 to 5 days for us to process your order before shipping them. Delivery ETA depending where you are and which shipping service you choose during check out. Message me if you need to rush your order! I am happy to work something out.
Just to be transparent, general delays might happen with our providers near holidays and between October-January.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship from Puerto Rico to all of the US states. Our merchandise is in stock, we do not drop ship. All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.
What if there’s a problem with my purchase?
Reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll be happy to work things out. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
What if my product is damaged?
Although we inspect each item before and package it with care, damages and defects may happen. Reach out so we can have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
Also please note this is a natural sun-dried plant that has been hand-trimmed. Any imperfections (spots, scratches, rips) on the surface of the leaf are normal and created by nature and during drying process. Size, shape and color may differ slightly from the pictures and vary between the leaves.
How should I care for my palm fronds?
Palms and Other Dried Botanicals Care:
- All our palms and other dried botanicals are ready to style and no water needed. Keep them out of direct sunlight and they will last for years.

What are your products made of?
Our Palm Fronds are not made of brown Kraft Paper. They are 100% natural, sun-dried and sustainable from my locally-owned, woman-run, small business. Handcrafted in the USA. Each one unique. We aim to carry chic and quality pieces that everyone can enjoy.
